Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at suchiflavours@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. -
Refunds
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or replacement for the affected product after verification.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Replacement requests should be raised within 24 hours, and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original condition.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns will be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery. -
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Email us at suchiflavours@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will provide instructions for returning the product and processing your refund.
If a replacement is requested, it should be raised within 24 hours of delivery, and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days. -
No COD Available
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for our orders.
